Pi Are Square - Lessons Learned

After washing and blocking, it is REALLY BIG.  I know I wanted a big shawl, but the front reaches my ankles.  It's still a fantastic wrap though...I'm wearing it as I type.  So is Dale, as he just crawled into my lap and under it.

Some lessons I've learned:

1.  Try a smaller gauge.
2.  Don't need to knit as many rows as it will stretch out due to the weight of the yarn.
3.  I could try to smush it in when blocking because truth be told, I did smooth it out and in the process probably helped to stretch it.

Still trying to decide what shawl to start next!
